What is sublimation?
Sublimation is a fairly new ink process.  This special ink turns into a gas when heated and using a heat press, we force the gas into the specially coated product.  When cool, the gas becomes solid and permanent.  This ink is also UV protected.  This process allows us to use any images and full color capability.  Send us your ideas and we'll see what we can do.

What's a hot stamp?

A hot stamp machine is a press of sorts.  To use a hot stamp we use  a die, a metallic imprint of a logo, which is heated to a certain temperature.  Then using a type of foil, the foil is impressed into the plastic using the hot die.  This causes the color to be permanently applied to the plastic.  This is usually used to create company logo's that are shiny or a different color than the writing on the name tag, sign or other item.

Can hot stamped logos be more than one color?

Yes, but to do this, we need to make two or more dies, one for each color (price varies on size, usually $10 and up per die).

What do I need for a hot stamped logo?

In order to get a nice hot stamp (die), we need a very clean picture of your logo in black and white, or a clean *.bmp file or *.tif file.
